  1. Peggy didn’t like …
Peggy didn’t like what her father did, so she sued her father’s Estate, so she could go buy a new travel trailer & drink & smoke it up. They money that could have taken care of her 4 life, will be dwindled away. The lawyers don’t care. It’s a pay check 4 them. When Peggy runs out of money, or she get’s sick, she will have no family members 2 come back 2. She destroyed any relation she had with her brother & his family. So, get your estate planing done when U R young & N U’r right mind.

  2. My father-N-law, …
My father-N-law, did nothing with his Estate, until it was 2 late. His physcopath daughter (Peggy) sued her only brother & told horrible lies about him. She cost the estate $230K, N taxes & lawyer fees. We were forced 2 seattle in Mediation. If we’d have tried 2 defend the Estate, it would have taken another $150K to gone 2 trial. All the father did was 2 set her up a “Income Producing Trust” 4 the rest of her life, then becuz she had no children it transfer back 2 blood linage.

  3. Their could also be …
Their could also be Tax advantages also. You could avoid Estate Taxes doing it this way. 2009 you can have up to 3.5 million. 2010 you can die & have any amount of money. Democrats R going 2 take that away. This was a George Bush arrangement with the Democrats in Congress. They fought him tooth & nail on this.

  4. GOOD ADVICE!!! …
GOOD ADVICE!!! Parents don’t want 2 believe that one of their children will “Rise 2 the Occassion”. it’s called, & sue their parents estate, along with the Excecutor. This could cost the one child you do trust, 3-4 years of their lives to fight the ‘black sheep’, when all U were trying 2 do was take care of the ‘black sheep.’ These cases R the new “Ambulence Chasers” 4 lawyers.
